Our rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.  Our rate is $1100.00 per week plus a $200.00 refundable security deposit.

 

We require a $500 deposit to hold your reservation.  A second payment of $400.00 is due April 15th.  Your final payment of $400.00 is due 30 days before your stay. This payment schedule includes the $200 refundable security deposit, which will be returned after your stay providing the there is no damage to the property.

 

Cancellation Policy:  Once the reservation has been made, if you must cancel, notify us immediately. Cancellations must be made by March 1, 2008.  The deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 service charge.  All reservations cancelled after March 1, 2008, forfeit the entire deposit unless the cottage is re-rented for the same time period and same rate.  Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit, but if it cannot be rented, the deposit will be forfeited.
